The skill returns enriched data including activity history, engagement scores, website visits, and CRM fields, as well as optional Spark analysis for deeper insights into professional background and potential role in the buying process.

When to use it

  • To identify potential conversation starters based on a contact’s actions and signals.
  • To assess the context of an account associated with a contact, including opportunities or churn risk.

Key capabilities

  • Contact Lookup: Supports lookup by email address (most reliable), social handle (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, GitHub), name + company, or name only.
  • Data Enrichment: Retrieves data like activity history, scores, website visits, and CRM fields from Common Room.
  • Spark Analysis (Optional): Provides insights into professional background, influence signals, persona classification, and inferred buying process role.
  • Account Context Assessment: Pulls an abbreviated snapshot of the contact's parent company, including opportunities and engagement comparisons with colleagues.
  • Conversation Angle Identification: Surfaces 2-3 potential conversation hooks based on activity and signals.

Tips & gotchas

  • Email lookup is most reliable. Social handle lookups may yield less accurate results.
  • Data availability varies: Not all contacts will have complete data or Spark enrichment available. The skill only includes sections where data was returned.
  • Persona classification requires activity data: Avoid guessing a persona based solely on job title; if no data is available, the contact will be classified as "Unknown."
