About This Skill
What it does
This skill allows an AI agent to facilitate Scrum events and guide teams using Scrum principles. It can help with sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives by providing structure and prompting discussion. The agent can also assist in removing impediments and coaching team members on Agile practices.
When to use it
